EasyCatalog training set for July 7

Avatar Digital Publishing Solutions is conducting EasyCatalog training in Dallas on July 7-9. Avatar has been conducting these classes for over four years and have taught dozens of companies how to get the most out of EasyCatalog. Reservations for the class are being accepted now, but seats are filling up fast. Students are responsible for meeting the class prerequisites and must bring a laptop with the EasyCatalog software installed. There are two core classes, EasyCatalog I & II, which are taught sequentially over three days.

EasyCatalog I

This basic class will teach you how to use the base EasyCatalog module for page building and introduce you to simple template development. You will learn the basic concepts of importing data, using library items to build pages, and updating data. You will also learn how to build simple EasyCatalog linked library items.

Prerequisite: basic competency with Adobe InDesign

EasyCatalog II

This is our intermediate class for EasyCatalog, and is a prerequisite for our advanced EasyCatalog Master Class workshop. You will learn how to unlock the power of pagination rules to make linked library items (LLI's) even smarter, and how to batch paginate. You will learn how to use tables to display multi-level data, and be introduced to advanced field options.

Prerequisite: EasyCatalog I
